Pricing Analyst (Hybrid or Remote)
Job Description
As a Pricing Analyst you will have the unique opportunity to work cross divisionally and build relationships with both internal and external customers to deliver a streamlined order to cash processes that deliver value to our customers and Stryker. HCS Key and Priority IDNs will be primary focus of these efforts, and therefore partnering with our Corporate Account Managers and Analysts will be critical.
What you will do
- Coordinating the efforts of internal stakeholders to streamlining the customer's procure to pay experience and how this assimilates in the optimal way with our order to cash processes.
- Building collaborative relationships with our finance shared services group as well as other internal stakeholders to drive supply chain optimization for our customers. This will include item master cleansing, pricing accuracy, invoicing accuracy and payment, pricing parity requests, EDI optimization, and other transactional efficiencies.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive or influence the implementation of process improvements.
- Supporting the largest health systems in the US in streamlining their ordering processes by meeting with the CAM and the customer on a quarterly basis to track progress toward goals. Partnering with them to align and implement data and process changes, with a shared goal of improving transactional efficiency metrics.
- Collaborate with HCS Corporate Accounts and Operations to communicate progress on ongoing projects relative to shared customers and coordinate efforts relative to contracts and pricing data needs and system updates as illuminated by the review and cleanup process.
- Partner with CDGO on customer data management needs of our customers to ensure invoicing, freight, and pricing issues are not created.
- Partner with our solution development team on item master, EDI, and product cross reference automation requirements and user testing.
- Respond to pricing inquiries and price discrepancies for our key and priority IDNs.
- Research and document the resolution on price discrepancies for our key and priority IDNs in collaboration with our business analysts.
- Where necessary act as the project manager for larger collections issues and coordinate the research and aggregation of the cross divisional data to review and resolve large outstanding AR balances, which will deliver faster payment and improved DSO.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve visibility of cross divisional DSO data for our key and priority IDNs in support of the supply chain optimization program for our key customers.

What you need
- Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance preferred) or 6 years of work experience
- Experience with Excel and other reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

$48,800 - $97,200 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
