Job Description

Torch Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as Pricing Analyst III. This position plays a crucial role in the pricing process, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals for a variety of contract types.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a full understanding of the pricing process, from Request for Proposal (RFP) to proposal submission, with expertise in various contract types, including CPFF, FFP, T&M, and others.
• Develop and organize pricing data calls to team members and subcontractors to include creating and managing templates and providing guidance and responses to questions.
• Prepare comprehensive cost volumes, including unsanitized and sanitized pricings, narratives, and supporting schedules.
• Effectively manage multiple proposals and proposal managers, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of proposal submissions.
• Perform cost/price analysis, and generate analytical schedules as required by the RFP or for management to make informed decisions regarding project efforts.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline with 5-7 years of experience related experience in Pricing and/or Program Planning/Cost Controls.

In-depth knowledge of pricing processes, including RFP analysis, cost estimation, and compliant proposal development.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH, and other relevant functions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
