This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Pricing and Monetization Strategy Lead in Estonia.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive the pricing and monetization strategy for a global SaaS organization. You will lead end-to-end monetization projects, analyze market trends, and develop innovative pricing models that align with business goals and customer value. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and go-to-market functions, you will influence strategic decisions and optimize revenue growth. The position requires a combination of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and operational execution. You will build frameworks, dashboards, and recommendations that directly impact commercial success while working in a flexible, globally distributed environment. Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute pricing and monetization strategies across customer segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value propositions.
  • Lead end-to-end monetization projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
  • Build and maintain analytical dashboards to generate insights for pricing decisions and future strategy recommendations.
  • Create quarterly and annual roadmaps to achieve pricing and monetization goals.
  • Identify opportunities for packaging, bundling, and pricing optimization to simplify sales motions and increase market penetration.
  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring strategies are actionable and measurable.
  • Requirements:
  • Background in Corporate Strategy, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling processes, systems, and operations within SaaS organizations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate insights into pricing and monetization recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, sales-led motions, and customer behavior.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, including collaboration with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to take ownership of complex problems end-to-end.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in a remote, distributed work environment is a plus.
