Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for Boost Mobile's retail channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on promotional offers and campaigns
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to meet business objectives
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing on revenue and profitability
- Provide reports on pricing performance, market dynamics, and ensure compliance with regulations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or related roles, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Proficiency in Google Suite
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
