Pricing Manager
Job Description
Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time motivated Pricing Manager with experience in Government pricing located in either our San Antonio, TX or Beavercreek, OH office with some opportunity for hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with Proposal Manager to develop pricing strategy.
- Issue and negotiate Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements.
- Review customer Request for Proposals (RFP) and identify areas of risk.
- Issue subcontractor RFPs and evaluate subcontractor response.
- Create complex pricing models utilizing MS Excel.
- Prepare contract and price volumes.
- Support multiple programs and perform duties in a variety of areas to include the entire life cycle of contract administration.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations.
- Provide timely contractual advice and guidance to Program Managers.
- Oversee contract performance by monitoring subcontractors, submittal of contract deliverables, process contract changes, support customer data calls.
- Work closely with Program Control regarding financials.
- Maintain electronic files.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Be able to pass a government background security investigation.
- 15+ years of experience in Government contracting or related positions in the DoD Industry is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, with both internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products required, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with team members, manage in high-stress situations, and prioritize workload.
- Experience working with Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Time-and-Material type contracts.
- Working knowledge of the FAR and the DFARS and have experience applying the FAR and its Agency Supplements to contracts and subcontracts.
