Leader to be responsible for pricing analysis and recommendations across NICE’s suite of product and service offerings. Role will drive the development of new business models, optimize packaging and bundling, refine our pricing strategy, and assist in price negotiations
Financial Responsibility
- ​Ensure pricing strategies deliver value to both Customer and NICE that result in maximizing revenue and profitability while achieving growth and market penetration goals. As part of this, this leader will be responsible to understand, communicate, and recommend pricing changes that improve NICE's financial position.
As a Pricing Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:
- Evaluate business models and conduct data-driven analysis to evolve our pricing strategies across segments and regions
- Drive alignment with product, marketing, sales, services and finance leaders on pricing strategy across all NICE products and services
- Model financial and business impact of pricing options and develop the business case for changes in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Drive pricing research via customer and 3rd party surveys, customer and prospect interviews and internal data analysis
- Research and report on competitor price points and offerings
- Develop price and recommend modifications to existing pricing
- Collaborate with product and marketing leaders on internal and external communication, sales enablement and systems changes to implement pricing changes
- Monitor and report on KPIs associated with pricing changes
To Land This Gig You'll Need:
- ​Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in analytical and strategic roles with experience in pricing
- Advanced Excel capabilities (financial modeling experience a bonus)
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with market research and data analysis
- Highly collaborative, results-oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction of the company
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
Bonus Experience:
- SQL, BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, DOMO) experience
- Experience working in SaaS
- Coaching and mentoring experience
