Pricing Manager

Pricing manager will lead a team of analysts, managing daily workflows, prioritizing initiatives and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The scope of the team includes pricing of new and existing products, evaluation of potential deals, preparation of RFP materials and conducting of market analyses. The manager will work closely with a number of teams across the organization, including Sales, Finance and Marketing. Success in this position requires great people management skills, detail-oriented thinking, a bias towards action and execution, comfort with data and data ambiguity and ability to work under tight timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Development of pricing strategy for new and existing products, continuously building product expertise
• Evaluate and propose deal structures
• Conduct and oversee execution of key analyses
• Identify opportunities to help support and maintain data integrity

Required Skills, Experience and Education

• 3-5 years of managing high performing teams
• Experience with pricing and quoting, RFP workflows and working with large data sets
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong financial aptitude, analytical skills and strategic decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish great rapport with various members of the team
• High level of Excel proficiency and analysis and some MSSQL
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to detail and accuracy, while having the ability to understand the big picture
• Customer service oriented
