What you'll do:
The Pricing Operations Analyst will help accelerate growth and advance NCR's global competitiveness by providing operational support to NCR's Subscription quoting and ordering systems. The role is responsible for partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to manage, implement, and validate data, processes, tools, and producing results that meet established deadlines and IT release schedules. More specifically, this candidate would maintain a flexible mindset and foster collaboration with the Pricing COE, IT, and Sales LT teams to:
- Manage product and pricing configuration data across tools and manual spreadsheets
- Guide decisions, gather needed data and communicate key insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Data change management and tracking
- Review work/data quality internally and cross-functionally to ensure accuracy
- Complete analysis requests from Finance and Operations Teams
- Adhere to upcoming deadlines
- Validation and testing in company & proprietary systems
- Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Business Administration or related field of study
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role preferred
- Experience with a multi-national firm; technology and SAAS experience preferred
- Good technical background; Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and PowerPoint
- Experience working with large databases and ability to come up to speed quickly with company & proprietary systems
- Confidence dealing with less-than-perfect data (e.g., cleaning, fusing, extrapolating) and ability to drive out manual data errors through systematic validation
