About the role:

Our mission is to deliver precise market-driven pricing for home repairs and improvements giving homeowners an accurate understanding of their property’s repair needs and associated costs before listing.

We aim to expedite the listing process by ensuring comprehensive transparent and efficient pricing helping homeowners maximize their rental investment with minimal vacancy.

This role requires a keen eye for detail deep understanding of home repair and improvement costs and the ability to work effectively with inspection teams to produce fair market-aligned pricing. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and improvement specialists  to ensure homeowners have a clear actionable view of their repair options.

Responsibilities :

Review Inspection Reports : Examine and analyze inspection findings verifying all repair and improvement recommendations to ensure completeness and relevance.

Price Repair Scopes : Accurately price recommended improvements accounting for labor materials and potential regional cost variations.

Develop Clear Pricing Summaries : Create easy-to-understand repair cost summaries for homeowners to ensure transparency.

Support Sales Team : Respond to questions and support requests from the sales team ensuring pricing is well-documented and justifiable with clear market insights.

Process Improvement : Regularly assess the pricing process for potential improvements suggesting and implementing changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

About You:

Detail-Oriented : You catch inconsistencies and address them proactively ensuring no detail is overlooked to avoid inaccurate pricing that could affect homeowner confidence.

Analytical and Market-Savvy : You have a strong grasp of market conditions and can evaluate repair costs within a specific location and property context.

Clear Communicator : You can translate technical pricing and market data into a format that homeowners easily understand addressing their concerns with clarity.

Process-Driven Innovator : You follow established processes meticulously but aren’t afraid to propose refinements when they can improve speed or accuracy.

Qualifications:

Experience in Construction Architecture or a Related Field : Minimum of 2 years preferred with a strong understanding of repair and improvement costs.

Strong Analytical Skills : Proven experience with pricing or cost estimation particularly for home repairs or construction projects.

Exceptional Communication Skills : Both written and verbal to effectively convey pricing decisions and justifications.

Collaborative and Proactive : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Schedule : Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm PST
