SevenRooms is hiring our first Pricing & Packaging Manager! In this role you will be responsible for defining the global product monetization and packaging strategies for all products across the SevenRooms platform. As our Pricing & Packaging Manager you will combine your knowledge of our suite of solutions with your understanding of customer needs and competitive insights to develop pricing and packaging strategies that create customer value and growth optimization. You will help to build pricing experiments that are comprehensive across the customer journey and identify new opportunities to optimize, and create innovative bundling & packaging programs that enable more streamlined upsell opportunities across our portfolio of products. This is a highly cross-functional position and you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Finance. You will report directly to our VP of Product.Â

What Youâll Do- Pricing & Packaging:Â Scope, structure, and execute strategic monetization initiatives for our new innovations and existing products to accelerate business growth by leveraging key insights gained through research and data analytics. Help define critical metrics and dashboards to monitor customer, pipeline and subscription health and help find opportunities for evolving pricing to accelerate all of the above. Own the end-to-end implementation of key pricing strategies including pricing structures, packaging, bundles and discounts. Identify opportunities for new pricing, packaging and bundling strategies that will contribute to subscriber and/or revenue growth. Work closely with product and engineering to develop simplified upgrade paths to increase usage and revenue opportunities with our customers.Â
- Product Expertise: Build a strong understanding of the value our products deliver for our users and how differentiated our products are compared to alternatives. Develop a deep understanding of the differentiation, value proposition, use cases and growth models for new and existing products. Build models to predict the potential impact of pricing changes, by leveraging sales, product usage, and billing data inputs.Â
- Competitive Research & Insights: Deliver competitive pricing analysis, pricing research, and other relevant analyses to inform pricing recommendations. Evaluate current pricing and packaging, reviewing competitive pricing, understanding the customer's willingness to pay, and make recommendations based on these findings.Â
- Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, GTM, finance and senior leaders to conceptualize and implement new pricing strategies. Partner with the marketing team to position and launch new pricing models and capabilities using an iterative release process from pilot to general availability. Communicate your findings and and recommendations to all levels of management through clear presentations that you will then drive through execution. Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to develop SevenRoomsâ product roadmap, feature functionality, and new innovations experiments to evolve our pricing and packaging strategy
- 4+ years prior pricing consulting, corporate strategy, pricing/product strategy, or pricing analytics experience preferred.
- Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to take a consultative and data-driven analytical approach to solving complex problems
- Experience in traditional tops down SaaS pricing models and a deep understanding of consumption based pricing models.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, able to demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple, competing priorities.
- Proven analytical skills and critical thinking, with demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong research abilities, with experience performing customer segmentation, price elasticity analysis, competitive intelligence, and return on investment analysis.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Executive presence and bias for action.

- Fair and equitable compensation: Our compensation packages are competitive based on external market data. At SevenRooms, you can expect fair pay for your hard work and dedication to helping us transform the hospitality industry. In addition, we also offer equity in our growing organization.
- The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $177,500. This is the range SevenRooms in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
