- This position is part of NICE Portfolio product group, focusing on NICE CX next generation suite of applications in the cloud, and responsible for pricing analysis and recommendations across NICE’s suite of product and service offerings
- The role requires a high level of collaboration with different units and partnerships with other product and corporate leaders in order to align and execute product and suite pricing strategies and activities.Â
- Ensure pricing strategies and business models deliver value to both Customer and NICE and result in maximizing revenue and profitability while achieving growth and market penetration goals. As part of this, this leader will be responsible to understand, communicate, and recommend pricing changes that improve NICE's financial position.
As a Pricing Product Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:
- Evaluate business models and conduct data-driven analysis to evolve our pricing strategies & methods across segments and regions
- Drive alignment with product, sales, services, finance and additional corporate leaders on pricing strategy across all NICE products and services
- Model financial and business impact of pricing options and develop the business case for changes, in collaboration with Product Management and Portfolio team
- Implement and evangelize the price list among the regions and other stakeholdersÂ
- Collaborate with product and sales leaders on internal and external communication, sales enablement and systems changes to implement pricing changes
- Work closely with operations and Information systems to implement pricing models and other pricing initiatives in the various systems for supporting the business activities
- On-going support of pricing related reports and analysisÂ
- Monitor and report on KPIs associated with pricing changes
To Land This Gig You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in analytical and strategic roles with experience in product management and pricing / business operations
- Centrally manage priorities and interfaces in a multi-disciplinary environmentÂ
- Proven influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levelsÂ
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with validating and approving business plans and data analysis
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction of the company
- Highly collaborative, results-oriented mindset
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
- Experience in the Enterprise software arena, mainly with SaaS solutions
Bonus Experience:
- Excel expertise, BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, DOMO) experience, Salesforce
- Coaching and mentoring experience
