Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Pricing & Product Specialist to work specifically with our supplier, Phoenix Contact.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Work within strategic framework to grow Phoenix Contact / Arrow Electronics' relationship to provide oversight of all Phoenix Contact quoting activity, ultimately improving sales performance and quote win ratios
• Actively promotes regular communication with Phoenix Contact's Electronic Sales Engineers (E.S.E.'s) to facilitate timely and thorough responses to all registrations & quote requests.
• Knowledge of Phoenix Contact organizations (Device Connectors at a minimum) & associated product offerings to develop price targets
• Become proficient with the Phoenix Contact line card from a technology & vertical segment perspective while keeping updated on latest technology/market trends
• Communicates regularly with Phoenix Contact Channel & ESE teams as well as Arrow PEMCO team to drive sales performance to achieve mutual business objectives
• Improve quote turnaround time while developing follow up & feedback methods
• Ensure quote data quality by providing all required information for Quote team
• Develop analytics for more effective pricing to quote quickly and correctly
• Track and develop performance monitoring metrics i.e. turnaround time, win ratios, price quality, etc.
• Exhibit a knowledge of the competitive landscape for mutual, competitive conversions
• Proficient in utilizing advanced tools (Phoenix Contact Extranet), price tool, or reference price list for self-reliance
• Act as the liaison between Phoenix Contact and Arrow Electronics as needed through the D.A.M. (Distribution Account Manager)
• Utilize Microsoft Teams or Outlook to arrange meetings or in person as needed
• Able to work independently/remotely (if needed) with minimal guidance after training

• Knowledge and experience with connector components strongly preferred
• Supplier relationship experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills are necessary

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$81,100.00 - $115,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
