Pricing & Profitability Analyst

Responsibilities

• Calculate cost per lanes based on historical data of operation performances
• Create summary of cost card per lanes in company
• Create rate scheme which is rate will differentiate based on lanes & parcel weight
• Estimate cost per lanes, consider competitor rate to set up publish rate & Calculate rate margin from cost to estimate company margin
• Bridging between top management and ops function team related cost initiatives or trend
• Monitor and adjust Ops KPI and Incentives based on performance
• Monitor and adjust Ops Payscheme that reflect fairness to both company and courier

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience as Data Analyst, Market Research, or Operation Analyst
• Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction
• Understanding research methods & data analyst tools (Excel, SQL, Solver, Tableu)
• Detail oriented, and data driven
• Problem solver and structure thinking
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
