Our Pricing Rotational Program Associates are provided with fantastic opportunities to learn about different roles and departments as they begin their careers. Associates will hold a series of four 6-month assignments that span different business units and functions within the company's operations.

What you will do
These assignments are spread across multiple business units and functions, in which program associates will work include procurement, supply chain, finance, field service, and pricing. These assignments will contain routine responsibilities and high-impact special project work, which will vary according to the needs of each department. Throughout the program, Associates will have both senior leaders and peer mentors to guide them while also receiving extensive training to prepare them for future roles within the organization. There will also be opportunities to meet with and learn from top leaders of the company. After completion of the 2-year program, graduates will have the opportunity to take the next step in their career with positions that fit their preferences and skillsets.

- Hedge and Contracts
- Finance
- One-Stream Business Software/P&L Analytics
- Financial/Business Planning Process
- Top Line revenue and margin analytics
- Field Services
- Contract Negotiations
- Discount and win analytics
- Estimate Creation
- Pricing
- Perform in-line reviews for multiple product groups
- Improve pricing structure/consolidate price lists
- Price plan modeling and forecasting
- Participate in networking events, leadership training and professional development curriculum.
- Performs other duties as directed.
What we look for
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics or a minor in Math completed by the start of the program which is January and July.
- Knowledge of basic Economic, Finance, Accounting, and Math concepts
- Ability to relocation across the U.S. (rotations are every 6 months)
- Proficiency in a Microsoft Office Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze and interpret information from diverse sources and in a wide variety of forms
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
Preferred:
- Preferred Foreign languages encouraged
- Relevant internship experience
- Accounting/Finance Major strongly preferred
Competitive salary starting at $60,000 - $70,000
