Our Solution Delivery organization is currently looking for a Pricing Scientist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be intricately involved in desgining, running, analizing and presenting data driven solutions that aim to improve our customers pricing practices. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that develops solutions which will influence both our products and clients.
Your mission?
To make data driven solutions simple to understand. You will be leading customer price optimization consulting engagements to individuals who may not always have an advanced knowledge of mathematical conceptsTherefore, you need to think simply, communicate effectively, and execute efficiently as you run online and onsite workshops and develop and configure these data driven solutions using PFX's industry leading platform. .
You will be in charge of...

• Support Pre-Sales efforts with prospective customers, including presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects
• Work on customer projects to develop, configure, implement, and support data driven solutions
• Evangelize the power of data driven analysis, and bring truth to the hype surrounding AI
• Support detailed PriceOptimizer training, including curriculum and delivery, to Pricefx new hires, customers, and partners

What should you have to succeed?

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years' practical experience with data processing and data analytics
• 3+ years experience with Python, or other programming languages geared towards mathematical analysis
• Background in data mining and statistical analysis
• Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
• Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
