Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a candidate to join our Planning&Pricing Team as a Pricing Specialist
What we expect from you:

• Develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies for the company’s products
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor pricing strategies to keep pricing policies current and competitive
• Review pricing models to maximize profitability and competitiveness, and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to establish effective pricing strategies
• Conduct pricing analysis, prepare reports, and deliver periodic presentations to the management team
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and propose improvements
• Manage the pricing process for new products
• Work collaboratively with relevant teams to contribute to customer satisfaction and sales goals

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries
• Strong command of English (preferably with experience in reporting)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a team-oriented approach
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and strong problem-solving abilities
