Description

We are looking for a talented Pricing Team Lead to join our team in Nashville, TN for our Filtration business. This role is responsible for the production and security of the distribution of pricing information (electronic media and catalogs) and maintains a library of analytical programs. The Pricing Team Lead also implements pricing changes throughout the company and the customer base. They will also make sense of large amounts of data and present to stakeholders and customers. Candidates must be located in the Nashville, TN area. Relocation is NOT offered for this role.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Maintains accurate pricing data in order management and rebates systems including account setup and data verification; tracks and monitors win/loss data such as requests for quotes.
  • Makes pricing recommendations on new product pricing and price changes; implements and reviews price adjustments; executes pricing strategy at a new product or market segment level.
  • Leads, manages, or participates in pricing improvement projects; develops outcome and pricing improvements.
  • Creates reports and analysis; presents results and conclusions to managers.
  • Provides direct and prompt assistance to customers regarding complex pricing issues through various media (phone, email, fax, letter).
  • Maintains confidential information and manages the use of this information appropriately. Contributes to continuous improvement teams and implements new processes and programs.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Manages ambiguity - Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear.
  • Translating Relevant Market Data - Collects and categorizes customer voices and market information by leveraging appropriate research tools and techniques; analyzes research findings to identify opportunities to deliver customer solutions.
  • Market Forecasting - Analyzes and interprets market data from a variety of internal and external sources and modeling to formulate unbiased market projections specific to business segment.
  • Pricing Strategy - Develops prices by aligning and building consensus with key stakeholders across functions to achieve business targets.

Education

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting or a related subject required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. (3-5 years)
  • Customers need direct support from the rebate team and this position will coordinate the efforts so customers can get rebate programs approved/setup and be paid on timely manner.
  • This role will manage all processes related to rebates (new end user programs, modification to existing accounts, credit distribution, accruals, etc.) and drive accountability among team members.
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Collect information in order to honor rebates and other customer focused needs. (i.e.- Amendments, Rebate Credits, Suspended rebates, etc.)
  • MUST have experience in preparing and presenting large amounts of data/KPI's to stakeholders and customers in a timely fashion.
  • Excellent Excel skills, a must.

This role is Hybrid but candidates need to be located in the Nashville area, relocation is NOT offered for this role.

Base salary range: $84,000 - $126,000

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
