Interested participants should be in undergrad and have an interest in learning more about consulting in the financial services industry. Candidates will be notified of their selection - two weeks prior to the event date.

This one-day program is designed for current undergraduate LGBTQ+ students. The summit encompasses a diverse range of content:

• Leadership development sessions
• Networking and Q&A sessions with current Capco employees
• Overview of Capco's recruitment process

The event will be hosted at Capco's New York City office, located in the iconic Empire State Building on Friday September 20th, 2024. Please note that transportation and lodging arrangements are the responsibility of the participants.​
