Primary Care in IL NPs (IL licensed and credentialed via IL Medicaid only)

• Full or Part-Time, permanent position
• Open to NPs  - Experienced NPs preferred
• M-F Schedules OR 3 days per week (Mon - Wed or Thurs - Sat)
• Relocation + Sign-on bonus paid on 1st day (10K)
• Must be licensed in IL and previously credentialed through IL Medicaid
