Primary Care Physician
Job Description
CLS Health is a dynamic, physician-owned and led multispecialty healthcare group committed to providing exceptional care to our communities. Our unique model blends the independence and personalized care of private practice with the support and innovation of a corporate environment. This hybrid model allows our physicians to enjoy the best of both worlds: the autonomy to manage their practice while benefiting from the resources, infrastructure, and collaboration of a larger organization.
We are seeking highly motivated, compassionate, and dedicated physicians to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced physician or early in your career, CLS Health offers a collaborative and innovative environment to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of your patients.
Position Overview
As a physician at CLS Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique hybrid model that combines the advantages of private practice with the stability and support of a corporate environment. You will enjoy the flexibility to focus on patient care while being part of a thriving, physician-led group. The role offers a combination of clinical autonomy, integrated technology, administrative support, and access to a network of healthcare professionals.
Why Join CLS Health?
- Physician-Led and Owned: Work in a physician-centric environment where clinical decision-making is guided by the needs of your patients, not corporate interests.

- Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a flexible schedule and work environment designed to support your professional and personal life.
- Partnership Track: Acquire equity with CLS Health! By purchasing shares, you will not only have voting privileges but also, we will buy back your shares, at market value, when you are ready to retire.
- Innovative Care Delivery: Take advantage of cutting-edge technology, collaborative care teams, and integrated support systems to deliver the highest standard of care.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary, robust benefits package, and performance-based incentives.

- Take an active role in the leadership and growth of CLS Health, contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Participate in community outreach and education, enhancing the reputation and presence of CLS Health in the local area.
- Balance the flexibility of private practice with the resources of a larger corporate infrastructure, ensuring optimal patient care and physician work-life balance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and continuing education.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification or eligibility in your specialty.
- Active and unrestricted TEXAS medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in joining a physician-owned, physician-led organization that values autonomy, innovation, and patient-centered care.
If you are a dedicated physician who thrives in a collaborative, physician-owned, and innovative
environment, we invite you to apply to CLS Health. Together, we can redefine the future of healthcare, delivering exceptional care while preserving the values of clinical autonomy and patient-centered care.
