• This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random drug testing for drug use.
• Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• Shift work and emergency overtime may be required
• Employee must maintain current certifications
• Disclosure of Political Appointments
• Direct Deposit: All federal employees are required to have direct deposit.
• Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station.
• Recall to duty may be a requirement of this position.
• This position meets the administrative exemption criteria for the Fair Labor Standards Act (5 CFR 551.206).
• Information Assurance Certification is a condition of employment. This position includes information assurance (IA) work as a paramount duty requirement per DoD 8140.
• Posses a certification in TEMPEST Management within twelve months of employment.
• This is a TERM position. It is a time limited position, Not-To-Exceed 366 days from Appointment Date.
• Position may be extended to the maximum period allowed by law without further competition and the potential for extensions beyond 6 years is possible.
• Selectee may be required to serve a probationary or trial period.
