Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Management and Finance teams to understand business requirements and map them to Primavera (P6 and Unifier)
- Prepare Requirement Analysis and Solution Design documents
- Ensure the application meets the usability requirements of project stakeholders
- Maintain configuration and process documentation, as well as training collateral
- Coordinate with P6 stakeholders and governance group for process improvements
- Coordinate with business to evaluate upgrades and technology opportunity improvements
- Manage user access- provision users through SSO and assign proper P6 application access (modules, OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure), and security profiles)
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly application health checks for data and application integrity
- Maintain enterprise data through change review process
- Create global views- dashboards, EPS (Enterprise Project Structure) and activities views, portfolio views, layouts, etc. through change review process
- Monitor usage
- Help with troubleshooting of access issues and P6 application issues
- Coordinate P6 User Group activities
- Provide 1 st or 2 nd level support for application and/or process issues
- Member of group that provides policy direction and guidance for P6 usage
- Member of group that reviews and approves changes to the P6 configuration and processes, as well as technical upgrades and integration projects
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management) (both P6 Professional and P6 EPPM -Web is necessary) and Primavera Unifier
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Experience with Oracle Primavera BI (Business Intelligence) Publisher reporting and Oracle Primavera Analytics is desirable
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier, uDesigner, user administration, and reporting
- Effective communication and client management skills are needed
- In-depth understanding of project change management, risk management and quality management
- Nice to have: Experience with P6 and Unifier integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
