PRINCE2 Subject Matter Expert (Athens-based, on-site)

PeopleCert is looking for an experienced PRINCE2 Subject Matter Expert to take our PRINCE2 brand and portfolio to the next level. You will be our in-house Subject Matter Expert, responsible for driving the development of PRINCE2, ensuring it remains the most widely adopted framework in Project, Programme and Portfolio management globally.

As a PRINCE2 Subject Matter Expert your tasks will include the following:

• Lead content creation, review and maintenance of PRINCE2 Official Books, Exams, Official Training Materials and Digital Content 
• Identify, recruit and manage external Subject Matter Experts that create and review PRINCE2 content
• Act as an internal PRINCE2 Subject Matter Expert, supporting the wider business with your expertise (e.g. internal trainings, webinars, participation in conferences & events) 
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Product Marketing & other delivery teams to ensure the global success for PRINCE2
• Maintain close relationships with the ecosystem (e.g. Training Organizations, Academia, Enterprises) to ensure that PRINCE2 is aligned with the market’s needs 
  

What we look for:

• 5+ years’ relevant experience working with PRINCE2 in a training or consultancy role
• Be certified with as many as possible PRINCE2 certifications
• Be certified with as many as possible related certifications from the PeopleCert portolio, and/or other providers (e.g. in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, SCRUM, Agile, Change Management, Service Management, DevOps) 
• Solid understanding of the PRINCE2 ecosystem and competition landscape 
• Experience in product development 
• Experience in authoring, reviewing and editing content 
• Experience in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent writing and project management skills
• Native or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is required, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

• A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check

• Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)

• HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)

• Financial background check

• Employment reference check.

• If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in the English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
