- Drive shorter feedback loops on leadership level blockers to enable fast iteration.
- Partner with leaders at Guild to equip them with best in class agile methods, practices and behaviors to tackle the complex problems they face.
- Use your experience in various agile SDLC landscapes to build a lean agile framework influenced by the way Guild works and driving us towards sustainability and predictability.
- Collaborate with Architecture and Product leadership with an eye towards the future to ensure we ‘build the right thing right’.
- Think at a system level, constantly analyzing how Guild could better benefit from different practices.
- Mentor to deepen toolsets and skills, focusing on enabling technical excellence, predictable delivery and quality.
- Have a proven understanding of an agile SDLC, platform, architecture and technology.
- Engage leadership in mitigation of organizational impediments.
- Have experience mentoring both Product and Engineering leaders in agile practice.
- Are comfortable gearing your coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Think beyond day to day activities, applying systems thinking.
- Embody an agile mindset and influence those around you to do the same.
- Enjoy pairing with agilists and organizational leaders to deliver results.
- Want to help us be agile, not do agile.
- Believe in managing flow rather than people.
- Possess drive, positivity, curiosity, and a fail fast mentality.
- Are motivated by encouraging an agile mindset.
- Can craft sustainable delivery frameworks.
- An advanced Agile certification, for example, but not limited to: Advanced Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, Kanban Professional Applied Metrics, Professional Kanban, or Professional Kanban Trainer
- Extensive working experience building varied agile implementations in technology.
- Varied experience in a similar role, guiding product development organizations towards predictability, and working to align product management, technology and stakeholders on scope, timing, dependencies and ultimately delivery and realization of business value.
- Experience driving agile practice and mindset, agnostic of framework.
