Principal Analyst

Perform all-source research and analysis on targets of interest.
Identify and articulate vendor specific target ops.
Analys new communbnication technologies and develop analytic tools.
Select, build and develop queries.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Principal Analyst will provide expert level analytic support to planned and deployed systems. The candidate must have recent hands on experience with access analysis, target development, and engineering analysis associated with existing customer systems.
-Digital network analysis and plug-in development
-Environmental knowledge and target development
-Understanding of modern telecommunications networks
Experience providing analytic and engineering support to design solutions for modern digital / optical telecommunicatsoin systems problems.
Deep knowledge and understanding of computer networks (Physical & virtual provisioning, addressing schemas), network management systems, analytics, and system secutiry. Must have expertise in telecommunications and network architectures, mission process alignment, network scriptiong / automation, dataflow, and management systems
Collaborate effectively with other anlysts to understand changes, reasons for changes and provide community guidance via technical reporting.
Experience in support of develop/build/maintin and help track milestones.
