In this role, you will play a central part in shaping enterprise-scale analytics solutions that power critical decision-making across clinical, product, and operational domains. You will design and deliver cloud-native BI solutions using Power BI and Snowflake, transforming complex healthcare and operational data into reliable, governed, and actionable insights. Working at the intersection of analytics engineering and business intelligence architecture, you will build scalable semantic models and interactive dashboards used across global teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in product, engineering, and business functions to define requirements and translate them into high-impact analytical solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic influence, enabling faster, data-driven decisions that ultimately support better clinical outcomes. It is a highly impactful position within a fast-evolving cloud analytics transformation journey.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including dashboards, semantic models, and data visualizations
  • Build and optimize cloud-native analytics solutions using Power BI, Power Query (M), DAX, and Snowflake-based data architectures
  • Lead end-to-end analytics development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Implement data governance and security controls such as RLS, OLS, versioning, and controlled data access frameworks
  • Design and optimize data models (star/snowflake schemas) and ensure efficient semantic layer architecture
  • Write complex SQL queries for validation, analysis, and data quality assurance across datasets
  • Improve performance using aggregation strategies, incremental refresh, and Snowflake optimization techniques
  • Manage production analytics pipelines, monitoring, scheduling, alerts, and SLA compliance
  • Provide L3 production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and release coordination
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver analytical prototypes and dashboards
  • Maintain BI assets using GitLab and support Agile workflows using Jira
  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality data pipelines
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
    • 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data warehousing, including strong Power BI and Snowflake expertise
    • Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, deployment pipelines, RLS/OLS, incremental refresh)
    • Strong experience with Snowflake (schema design, performance tuning, RBAC, cost optimization, tasks/streams)
    • Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and window functions
    • Solid understanding of semantic modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and analytics engineering principles
    • Experience working with GitLab and Jira in Agile environments
    • Ability to design and operationalize scalable BI solutions with monitoring and SLA management
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
    • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and requirement gathering
    • Experience in healthcare or clinical data environments is a plus
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD for BI is desirable
    • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
      • Provident fund and comprehensive medical insurance coverage
      • Flexible remote work setup
      • Engaging employee programs and community initiatives
      • Modern and collaborative work culture with global teams
      • Opportunities for professional growth in cloud analytics and data engineering
      • Exposure to cutting-edge clinical and healthcare data initiatives
      • Work on high-impact projects improving global clinical decision-making
