• Responsibilities. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews and demonstrations. Develop and enhance effective software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Collaborate with clients, Product Managers, Architects, and Analysts to develop and review software application requirements and designs. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications. Investigate and resolve software application issues. Participate in software project planning and release management. Research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related Engineering discipline or a related field plus seven (7) years of related experience. Employer will also accept a master's degree plus four (4) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Java; Spring Framework; Spring Boot; React or Angular UI frameworks; CSS; HTML; Hibernate; Jax RS or Jersey WS; Oracle or PostgreSQL; Junit; Log4j; SOA methodologies; JEE Design patterns; Load testing and profiling; and Performance tuning of applications.
