Principal Application Product Manager

League’s platform enables the ability for our customers to offer highly engaging and personalized healthcare user experiences. 

In this role you will work alongside our other product, platform teams, and customer strategy teams to support the design & delivery of applications—while defining the long term strategy and roadmap of the most impactful applications powered by League.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the roadmap for health insurance member applications built on the League Platform by identifying opportunities to create new capabilities or optimizations of existing capabilities
• Proactively manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements 
• Monitor performance of the applications you are managing and identify opportunities to create value and exceed our goals
• Communicating effectively and clearly articulating trade-offs to internal and external leadership
• Define requirements and value proposition of custom features and complex capability deployments
• Be an active participant in Application Team’s agile ceremonies
• Guide solution definition and requirements gathering process; by leveraging strong customer relationships, data, and strategic thinking
• Partner with Customer Success to be the primary Product Management point of contact for our customers (Expect 10% on-site working directly with our customer stakeholders) 
• Ensuring our customers are able to maximize their investment in the League platform

About you:

• Min. of 7 years of Product Management or technology delivery experience 
• Digital Healthcare experience, in experience with Payer market is preferred
• Experience working at a platform company, or on the implementation of platforms, is preferred
• Experience managing the project lifecycle for large corporate clients
• You have experience working in agile methodologies — leading agile release planning and demonstrating an iterative, incremental & value-driven delivery 
• Knowledge of Jira 
• Believe in tightening every feedback loop regarding the product (e.g. release often, release early, talk to customers, Minimal Marketable Product, etc.)
• Strong Client Management skills — ensuring requirements are accurately captured, communication is clear, and expectations properly managed
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
