RevGen is currently looking for a Director-level candidate to join the RevGen Offerings and Solutions (O&S) leadership team as a Principal Architect (“PA”) in the Digital Enablement, Technology Services, Analytics and Insights, or Customer Experience (“DE”) service areas. The O&S leader will bring innovative and strategic thinking to the Firm and to our target market. This role is responsible for and/or involved in services marketing, business development, technical services strategy and development, technical talent development as well as cultivating relationships with existing and new clients, account management and/or delivery oversight and quality.
Essential Functions:
O&S Leadership:
- Understand RevGen’s target market and identify technical offerings and solutions to be developed or matured.
- Collaborate with other O&S Leaders to create higher value technical offerings and solutions that combine capabilities and technology expertise across RevGen’s service areas.
- Participate in O&S and Go-to-Market strategy and planning.
- Participate in technology visioning, ideations, and development as it relates to our services.
- Participate in strategic partnership evaluations and partner management, when applicable.
Service Area Leadership and Expertise:
- Collaborate successfully with other O&S leaders in all of the following.
- Research emerging technologies most applicable to RevGen’s current and future service offerings and target customers. Stay aligned with the technology trends and leading technology vendors in their area of expertise that impact overall business solutioning possibilities.
- Provide technical thought leadership and vision that connects market needs with the RevGen services, with a specific focus on one or multiple of the following: Data engineering & warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), product engineering, application modernization (upgrades, cloud migrations, SaaS implementations), systems integration, low code/no code platforms, RPA, enterprise architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile.
- Lead the identification of ways to integrate technology into RevGen’s other services to expand market opportunities with current and prospective clients.
- Enable and support business development pursuits through individual contributions and building and guiding pursuit teams, including lead nurturing, scoping, proposal development and delivery, and closing.
- Drive discussions with clients and prospects to understand the organization’s overall strategy, business model, business architecture and current enterprise architecture in order to propose the best fit solutions and then communicate to various levels of the client organization from technical delivery to C-level.
- Inspire, mobilize, and guide O&S technical team members (and other RevGen personnel as applicable) in the creation of RevGen marketing and sales collateral.
- Play an active and visible role in the external technical market via methods such as: speaking events, technical user groups, technical professional groups and networking events, conferences, insights/blogs, white papers, etc.
Firm Leadership / Client Services:
- Be an advisor to and actively engaged in the delivery of RevGen client projects to maintain high quality solutions and client satisfaction. Oversee, provide subject matter expertise and lead projects when needed.
- Coach and mentor new and less experienced practitioners to build talent and increase project delivery capabilities, informally or as a Career Advisor.
- Provide input on learning and development needs as well as specialized skill hiring needs.
- Provides input into resource planning, recruiting process, and hiring to build cohesive project teams.
Desired Experience:
- 12+ years of Consulting/professional services experience required.
- Executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level, internally and externally.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business development opportunities and upsell/cross sell within existing accounts.
- Experience meeting or exceeding a multi-million managed revenue target annually.
- Advocates and models a strong focus on performance and career management within the firm.
 Requisite Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, and C-level executives.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and client deliverable experience.
- Able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives and foster the development of high performing teams.
- Ability to identify potential people-side risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Strong leadership skills and a desire for continued growth and learning in your personal career.
Education, Training & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred, Master’s degree a plus
Compensation and BenefitsÂ
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, RevGen offers a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by years of experience, specialized skill sets, and unique qualifications.  For the state of Colorado only, the range of base salary pay for this title is $170,00 - $180,000.
In addition to base salary RevGen provides a discretionary bonus for performance. Amounts are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.  The target for this title is 15%.  Â
