This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale IT infrastructure assessments and transformational initiatives across enterprise environments. You will architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient hybrid and multi-cloud systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory standards. The position involves close collaboration with executive leadership, engineering teams, and key stakeholders to drive modernization, optimize costs, and enable digital transformation. You will provide consultative guidance on technology investments, oversee architecture governance, and champion innovative solutions such as AI-driven automation, serverless computing, and edge technologies. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a senior technical leader who thrives in dynamic, complex environments and enjoys translating technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.
Accountabilities:
Conduct comprehensive infrastructure assessments, analyzing hardware, storage, networking, and identifying technical debt, risks, and opportunities.Define and drive hybrid cloud strategy and target-state architectures, creating multi-year modernization roadmaps that balance public and private cloud solutions.Lead large-scale transformations, migrating legacy infrastructure to modern, secure, and scalable enterprise systems.Architect resilient solutions incorporating microservices, zero-trust security, and automated disaster recovery, aligned with organizational goals.Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating technical trade-offs into actionable business value.Establish and enforce architectural principles, policies, and governance frameworks, chairing Architecture Review Boards to maintain compliance with standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GovRAMP).Lead proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies to accelerate innovation and digital transformation.Requirements:
12+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise architecture leadership or senior consulting roles.Expert knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private cloud technologies, including virtualization, networking protocols, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), and IAM frameworks.Proficiency in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman, with experience in Agile and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.Strong consulting and communication skills, capable of bridging technical and executive audiences, managing stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.Preferred certifications: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VCDX or NCM-MCI, CCIE.Benefits:
