What you'll do:
  • Actively participate in the multi-year implementation and expansion of the SFDC platforms at Realtor.com .
  • Gather, analyze and document technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users
  • Serve as the applications architect for Salesforce and CRM-related applications; understand and communicate functionality, identify risks, manage change and design solutions that are efficient, scalable and cost-effective.
  • Recommend build vs. buy when It comes to third party integrations for the SFDC stack
  • Partner with ERP and CRM stakeholders to analyze, understand and improve finance/sales operations that increase employee productivity and end-user effectiveness
  • Create business process models using best practice techniques, including current and future state solution design documents using requirements gathered
  • Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to dive deep and research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary
  • Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
  • Support change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals and promoting changes to production
  • Occasionally manage the delivery of projects, including project plans, status meetings, progress reports and initiation/closure activities
  • Rollup sleeves and participate on a wide spectrum of skills when required

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
  • Embrace new technology stack, solution stack and mix of multiple vendors on the SFDC stack
  • Experience dealing with multiple vendors from the SFDC ecosystem such as Big Machines, Apptus, etc.
  • Experience with heavy duty customizations on the SFDC stack
  • 10+ years work experience in a application development and architecture role supporting Sales/Marketing and Service organization
  • Must have experience with Salesforce including lead management, lead nurturing/scoring, marketing campaign management, opportunity management and sales pipeline/forecast management.
  • Development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform include working on Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, SOQL queries, components and Configurations
  • Strong mix of experience with: Java, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5, AWS, MVC, API, and SQL
  • Experience with data integration technologies that import/export data with Salesforce
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Must be comfortable with juggling multiple priorities with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.
Salary Range for select office locations
  • Santa Clara $224,700 to $325,700
  • Westlake Village $204,400 to $296,400

Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary. Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
