The Server Arch team aims to strengthen globalization and compliance by constructing a security-friendly architecture, promoting the establishment of a global multi-data center infrastructure and standardized specifications, optimizing and enhancing efficiency, and developing systematic cost evaluation and performance optimization systems to support TT's long-term development.

We are seeking a senior architect who is interested in tackling complex engineering challenges related to one of the most critical aspects of TikTok. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of Mobile Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists in a high-impact and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, promote, and support TikTok's long-term globalization, compliance, security, and high-availability business architecture.
2. Gain in-depth insight into and understanding of TikTok's business architecture. Promote the evolution of the microservice system and optimize the business model to support fast and efficient business iteration.
3. Promote the optimization and long-term evolution of the R&D system and support TikTok's multilingual and multicultural complex organizations.
4.Promote top-level architecture design and long-term planning to ensure the technical rationality and advancement of TikTok's online architecture.
5.Promote the establishment and implementation of an overall standard and specification system for TikTok

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of development work experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Computer Science or a related field such as Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE).
2. Experience in high-concurrency business construction, planning, and complex project implementation.
