• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple departments to understand processes and drive results
• Proactively manage risk management initiatives tasks and activities in order to reduce the residual risk within the business
• Provide risk advice and guidance to business areas as required
• Execute deliverables that support internal governance processes
• Act as issue manager on events and issues related to the business including project management of remediation activities
• Monitor for new applicable laws and implement processes / procedures to comply
• Coordinate the delivery of materials requested in audits and exams coordinating with various stakeholders across the lines of defense
• Participate in and execute other special projects for the team on an as needed basis

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of risk management experience
• At least 3 years of experience in organizational strategy project management or business analytics

• At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management Compliance or Audit
• At least 3 years of physical security or corporate real estate experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in Governance Risk and Compliance applications
• At least 4 years of experience in creating and maintaining information in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel and Word) or Google Suite (Slides Sheets and Docs)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
