This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration Hybrid Integration Platforms B2B Platforms DPA and Low Code Platforms and Cloud Integration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Specialty Software Engineering: Covers jobs responsible for the design development testing documentation and analysis of specific modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products which require knowledge in a niche area.

· 18+ Years’ experience IBM API Management IBM API Portal IBM API Connect

· Lead the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions using IBM API Connect.

· Oversee the integration of various systems and applications within the Utilities domain.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Ensure the scalability performance and security of the architectural solutions.

· Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems.

· Conduct regular reviews and audits of the architecture to ensure compliance with industry standards.

· Develop and maintain architectural documentation and guidelines.

· Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

· Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

· Identify and mitigate risks associated with architectural decisions.

· Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

· Contribute to the development of long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives.

· Possess extensive experience in IBM API Connect demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices.

· Have a strong background in the Utilities domain with a proven track record of successful projects.

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

· Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship abilities guiding teams towards successful project outcomes.

· Show proficiency in integrating various systems and applications within a complex environment.

· Display excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

· Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in architecture and technology

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150000 to 180000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
