Job Description• Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.• Determines client business objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.• Improves business processes by studying current practices and recommending standards and templates to address most needs.• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.• Provides input and follows the project change management and IT change control process.• Maintains user confidence and protects clients, claimants, and our organization by keeping information confidential.• Develops and maintains effective relationship management with departments participating on the team as well as all key stakeholders.• Completes data analysis.• Troubleshoots issues that arise during the lifecycle of a project and escalates as appropriate.• Communicates information clearly in both a written and verbal manner.• Consults with leadership on certain projects.• Become a subject matter expert on assigned customers' data, as well as Rust standard operating procedures and methodologies.• Work with Client Services, Operations and IT teams to develop and execute test plans and validate work.• May be called upon to create project documentation outside of requirements, based upon project needs.• All other responsibilities as assigned.
