The Team
Our Energy Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands solve their biggest challenges in today's age of constant disruption. With diverse services spanning strategy and digital innovation to supply chain optimisation, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.
The Role

• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Functions and ability to deliver projects in that space
• Familiarity with business-IT enterprise architecture models, IT operating models, and capability maturity models
• Skills in analytics and visualization tools
• Ability to develop Intellectual Property (IP) and Market Offerings
• Skilled in designing and executing business analysis for large transformation programs
• Proven track record of developing and deepening business relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to own targets and shape opportunities and experience in engaging in strategic conversations on mobility, energy transition.
• Competency in engaging with senior client individuals on both technology and business topics.
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in new and existing client bases.
• Management of diverse teams across Infosys to ensure the best solutions and value outcomes for clients.
• Proficiency in leading roadmap discovery sessions for sustainability, energy transition, and marketplace offerings using MIRO and Mural Boards.

Requirements
We are looking for a Principal level candidate with Energy Industry knowledge and experience in:
Extensive experience in technology transformation and consulting.
Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Capability to develop IP and Market Offerings specific to the industry.
Demonstrated ability in forging strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
Extensive experience in IT Strategy, best practices, and technologies
Leadership experience in medium or large technology implementation projects.
