Job Summary
The Change Management lead drives the change management strategy across the Enterprise Operations business units and ensures alignment and cohesiveness to achieve adoption and transformation. The role will engage on the largest, most complex transformation programs that impact Operations from a people, process & technology perspectives to define & deliver appropriate change management plans. The role is expected to adopt Enterprise change management approaches as well as enhance strategies by developing appropriate processes and tools. This role will partner with various stakeholders to accomplish positive adoption, improve post-delivery effectiveness and realize expected improvements and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy for the Enterprise Operations Group that is aligned with the organization goals.
- Participates in early-stage ideation and development discussions of business improvement initiatives to conduct change impact analyses and develop strategy and plan to address.
- Partners with the Solutions, PMO, Learning & Quality teams to coordinate, align and maximize change management impact across the business.
- Develops change management activities across multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, solutions, and process advancements with minimum disruption.
- Aligned change strategy and plan to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and with quality to achieve desired outcomes.
- Leads change readiness activities to ensure those impacted across the business are prepared for the change to generate sustainable outcomes.
- Partners with Operations & HR (Business Partners & Talent Development) to identify and diagnose organizational effectiveness challenges and opportunities to develop solutions that meet company, leadership, and workforce needs.
Job Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, focused degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related quality discipline, or significant industry experience preferred.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience leading directly or in-directly a team of project management or change management professionals engaged in developing and executing mid to large size project and change management activities; Change Management certification preferred (APMG, Prosci/ ADKAR)
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office suite of products - Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
- Strong business acumen with the strategic mindset required to align change initiatives with broader organizational goals and demonstrated history of anticipating and balancing the needs of the business with the needs of complex stakeholders, the employee population and individual circumstances.
- Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability - comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and organization skills with a creative mindset who's always looking for novel solutions to challenging problems and open to learning as well as sharing knowledge with others.
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new methodologies and ideas to address change resistance and get buy-in at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a vendor-managed environment.
- Observant, detail-oriented, meticulous, flexible, calm and cooperative.
- Results oriented, proactive and proven success with process improvements and data analytics.
Annual Pay Range:
110,500 - 150,000 USD
