Principal Consultant

About the Role

As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through complex environments and helping them navigate to successful solutions. You will build strong partnerships, where clients view you as an indispensable resource.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address hard truths in client environments
• Navigate complex business and technology organizational models
• Facilitate conversations with senior leadership to drive insights
• Frame approaches that drive measurable change
• Mentor and oversee team members
• Generate and provide Sr. oversight to a minimum cumulative of $5MM in annual revenue across a minimum of 3 Accounts
• Maintain 30% billable time
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven success in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
• Unmatched communication skills
• Ability to guide companies through significant change and growth
