About the Role 

As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting state-of-the-art solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This role demands a blend of technical prowess, client-facing skills, and a visionary outlook. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and objectives. 

• Design holistic and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into client environments. 

• Lead the technical direction for projects, ensuring a balance between innovation, quality, and practicality. 

• Advocate for best practices and modern architecture principles in solution design. 

• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. 

• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and trends, applying them to solve real-world problems. 

About You 

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 

• Demonstrated experience in a Solution Architect or Principal Consultant role, with a strong portfolio in AI and Data projects. 

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI, and machine learning technologies. 

• Certified in Microsoft Data & AI (ie, AI-102) 

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring teams. 

• A lifelong learner, always eager to expand your skills and knowledge.
