- Learn and master the Enverus power flow modeling and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Learn and master the Enverus Power & Renewables product suite.
- Assist and co-lead with sales team in strategic account pursuits - able to independently and comfortably present data, analytics, and the underlying methodologies underpinning our Power & Renewables datasetÂ
- Define/create and execute onboarding strategy for various users within multiple accounts Independently deepen relationship with clients and expand active user base with PC-initiated and sales-approved strategies and tactics [within one’s own account set]Â
- Provide consistent, constructive, product feedback into development and product team (fixes, enhancements, etc.) + the “why” on necessity of enhancementÂ
- Can comfortably and independently provide a product overview to groups of clients, irrespective of personaÂ
- Bring innovative ideas and perspectives on how clients can better recognize the Enverus valueÂ
- Identify Champions/StakeholdersÂ
- Assist in renewals with the Sales Executive and DirectorÂ
- Plan and execute on-site/virtual learning events and product refresher meetingsÂ
- Build Enverus Brand awarenessÂ
- Promote long-term relationship(s) and full company engagementÂ
- Consistent and proactive client contact – workbook suggestions, proposing training engagements, probing for deeper workflow understandingÂ
- Understand the US power market and, in particular, congestion and its drivers/impacts.
- Ability to learn quickly and pivot to explain that knowledge to clientsÂ
- Works independently with general supervision.Â
- Possess understanding of Python fundamentals and API concepts to help clients consume data in an increasingly programmatic wayÂ
- Ability to suggest and plan a change in account strategy based on nuances of a client accountÂ
- Ability to effectively liaise with clients to set up meetings and facilitate training sessionsÂ
- Background in Power & Renewables is a plusÂ
- Experience with Enverus product suite (Prism, Energy Acuity, Marginal Unit) is a plusÂ
- Experience in Customer Success is a plusÂ
