Responsible for supporting the Customer Success Managers ("CSMs") who serve as the owner of the post-sales relationship with our most valued and high-profile customers.
To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements
- Build and manage Customer Success ("CS") playbooks, success plans, communities, and offerings for CSMs across all segments that support key CS activities;
- Procure, implement, and maintain CS Software solution to support CS workflow management and productivity.
- Assist the CSM team in driving innovation in our Customer Success practice;
- Collaborate with the RingCentral community to support the CS org, serving as a primary internal point of contact and the voice of the CSM profession;
- Align with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, professional services, support, training) to create offerings for CSMs to deploy with customers across all segments;
- Execute programs and projects as needed by the CS leadership team in partnership with other key CS support functions including operations and enablement;
- Lead the consolidation and messaging for our RingCentral Customer Journey by working with different cross functional teams;
- Define data insights for our CS organization collaborating with strategy & operations and data management teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- U.S. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field plus three (3) years of related experience is required. Within the foregoing parameters, any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
- Experience with enterprise-level portfolio management, customer success support, market strategy planning, cloud-based sales, cloud-ops maturity assessments, customer journey mapping, and building CS Playbooks for SaaS accounts is required.
