The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Raytheon Technologies People and Payroll Services organization is looking for a data analyst to support the team and assist with database creation, and data analytics. The ideal candidate would have knowledge in manufacturing and/or business process flows, general working knowledge of ERP/MRP/Continuous Improvement systems, and strong analytical and reporting skills. This position is remote.

This new role will support the People and Payroll Services process and continuous improvement team in aligning with the overall company initiatives related to its recently deployed CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) operating system with primary focus on building and developing data analytics and a process quality culture to improve operating efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly executive dashboard and provide interpretable analysis and recommendations for leadership
  • Develop, monitor, and provide analysis on People and Payroll Services resourcing model, volumes, and cost impact for leadership
  • Gather global process defect management data from process owners, and provide analysis and recommendations for corrective action/process improvement projects
  • Analyze existing datasets into visually understandable outputs
  • Interact with People and Payroll Services leadership to understand data needs and build requested outputs
  • Develop and own a performance and defect management dashboard and provide support for corrective action/process improvement project launches
  • Assist with extracting data from process owner systems and analyzing data sets
  • Connect with and/or extract data from the organizations systems
  • Work closely with ES's technical teams to support and ensure alignment with overall data analytics goals

Skills & Education:
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, finance, or similar
  • Ability to create, modify, and maintain databases that reflect performance /defect trending and tables
  • Strong working experience building solutions within PowerBI and Tableau
  • Strong working experience with ServiceNow and Workday
  • Strong financial background to support financial and resource modeling
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and/or interfaces and data extraction
  • General manufacturing and business process knowledge to assist in vetting out data analysis
  • Project management and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Quality / Process improvement programs, processes, and tools a plus

The salary range for this role is $107,000.00 to $225,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
