Principal Data Scientist (NLP/LLM)
Job Description
主要职责：
AI解决方案能力： 基于NLP和大语言模型，设计并开发先进的AI解决方案，以满足业务需求。负责将AI技术应用于现实问题，提高业务效率和决策。
大型AI项目落地能力： 领导和协调大型AI项目的落地，包括项目计划、资源分配、风险管理和项目交付。确保项目按时、按预算成功完成。
大语言模型Prompt和微调能力： 熟练使用大语言模型，包括设计高效的Prompt，进行微调以优化性能，以支持各种自然语言处理任务，如文本生成、文本分类等。
带领小型团队能力： 领导和指导小型团队，确保团队成员具备所需的技能和知识，同时提供指导和支持，以实现团队目标和项目成功。
研究和创新： 追踪最新的NLP和大语言模型研究，探索新的技术和方法，以确保公司保持在领域的竞争力。
