Principal Deployment Leader, Continuous Improvement

The Deployment Leader, Continuous Improvement will act as a change agent and will establish a portfolio of high-profile projects, focused on site transformation. This will include working with business and finance leaders to document, track, and sustain the performance and financial impact of solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience developing a Lean & Six Sigma system of tools and methodologies, as well as driving a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a fulltime role working days; Monday - Friday

The Role

• Execute Large Scale projects including Operational Equipment Effectiveness, Deviation Reduction and Simplification of end to end processes through applying lean principals and digital solutions
• Utilize a structured problem-solving approach to analyze current conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and deploy Lean and Six Sigma tools
• Implement problem solving across the business at the Yellow, Green, and Black Belt levels
• Establish a portfolio of projects that will improve the overall performance of the business
• Lead and coach Kaizen events through hands-on participation
• Create and deliver training materials
• Performs additional duties as assigned

The Candidate

• Bachelor's in a technical field, required; Master's degree, preferred
• 12+ years demonstrated proven experience in an Operational Excellence System deployment across a business
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, preferred
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, not required
• Experienced in Change Management with strong demonstrated application of the change management knowledge to initiatives resulting in successful implementations.
• Expert competencies in the Lean and Six Sigma toolbox with demonstrated proficiencies
• Experience in implementing, analyzing and improving Operational Equipment Effectiveness across a variety of processes and systems
• Experience at implementing and training on all foundational Lean tools, including but not limited to: Visual Management, Daily Management, Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Problem Solving, 6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 8 wastes, Gemba walks, etc.
• Strong business and financial acumen; able to analyze data and draw conclusions, make recommendations, and present findings
