Dell's innovation team, part of the Experience Design Group, exists to humanize the PC experience – we imagine new products & experiences, solutions, and technologies, then build them, learn from them, and bring them to life.

What you’ll achieve

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can lead innovation projects from day one, guiding a multi-functional project team, able to reimagine tomorrow and deliver solutions that solve real problems, always approaching ideation with a bias to action.

You will

• Discover new opportunity areas & what they mean for Dell, build UX simulations that showcase future experiences, and translate our thinking into tangible next steps for the business

• Lead and contribute to complex projects to explore coming technology & experience, ranging from UI flows, HW interactions to AR/VR projects. 

• Work with a multi-disciplinary creative & technical team to integrate different skills and methodologies into collaborative effort and great outcomes

Essential requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years of experience) driving experience-led Innovation – working in interdisciplinary teams to create outstanding experiences that solve complex problems

• Great pedigree in user experience and integrated experience design

• Experience influencing senior executives on what, how and why solutions need to be delivered in a certain way

• Open-mindedness about the medium and technologies we adopt in our projects – being comfortable in trying out new technologies, hands-on, thinking about how to integrate them into user experience is essential

• Highly collaborative—we need someone who will not just listen but anticipate the needs, concerns, and input from teammates and stakeholders across departments

Desirable requirements

• Have knowledge and practical experience in hardware and software design, from concept creation to development and release 

• Experience in working on innovation projects in an agency or a corporate, from concept creation to execution
