Role Description
The Principal EHR Engineer reports to the Senior Vice President of Technology Delivery and is responsible for all technical aspects of leading and managing PrimeSuite. In particular, the role will be responsible for PrimeSuite integration design and usage, data ETL design and usage, leading PrimeSuite performance and tuning, leading issue triage for PrimeSuite related issues, leading all technical discussions with Greenway and developing PrimeSuite product usage roadmap..
Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

• Own and drive all PrimeSuite related design and architecture topics.
• Understands the PrimeSuite technology stack and is able to collaborate with other system owners on how to best integrate with PrimeSuite.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders within the organization to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
• Monitor the evolving market landscape and make strategic recommendations to drive innovation and business impact.
• Self-starter and self-organized - able to work with little or no supervision
• Work with other application owners leaders in establishment of best practices
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders throughout the organization
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for:

• A hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in the PrimeSuite technology stack - front-end, application layer, database layer and integration layer.
• Proficient in one or more of the following: ANGULAR, SQL Server/ NO SQL DBs
• Strong understanding of EMR architecture, design principles/best practices, solution design implementation and operations
• Strong understanding and experienced in applying security best practices
• Ability to work effectively as an organizer and influencer across multiple functional units
• Demonstrated success with managing multiple product life cycles or projects
• Experience in driving and achieving operational excellence and delivering results, and measuring efforts against goals
• Excellent leadership skills, mentoring skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Undergraduate degree
• Some travel required (10%)
• US work authorization
