Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management is needed to characterize processes to produce products. 
• Lead the discussion and decision on new technology introduction with the HDD team.
• Responsible for managing and driving failure analysis and characterization experiments, and providing recommendations based on data analysis results. 
• Electrical performance data analysis.
• Component data qualification. 
• Process Data and Failure Analysis

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Electronics, Engineering or Physical Sciences, Physics, or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Electronics Industry.
• Having experience in Slider Fab Process or Hard Drive Technology would be an advantage.

PREFERRED:

• Process Development background, Project management
• Data analytics by Jmp
• SQL, Python, or Power IB will be an advantage

SKILLS:

• Able to work independently and stand-alone, strong leadership, and good team player
• Passion and innovative
• Demonstrate a high-to-fluent level of English proficiency (spoken/reading/written).
• Proficient in high-level communication and presentation
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
