Job Description :

• As an SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA (Cloud).
• You will lead the analysis and design within the SAP FI/CO domain, working closely with clients' finance teams.
• Your role will include conducting structured testing internally and with users, ensuring the stabilization of solutions, and driving continuous improvements.
• To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the business requirements of the organizations and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with client finance teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP solutions, working with users to validate functionality and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide post-implementation support, including solution stabilization and ongoing enhancements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and structured manner, tailored to the audience and mode of communication.
• Influence key client stakeholders on technology and operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and motivate project teams across multiple geographies, cultures, and organizations, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Analyze and resolve cross-functional issues, ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions.
• Oversee internal project resource and financial planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget.

• Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant in SAP implementations involving S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of the technology layer and development practices for S/4HANA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages simply and effectively.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with key client stakeholders.
• Experience managing and motivating teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Experience in managing internal project resources and financial planning.
• Ability to develop and implement internal best practices.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) FICO certification.
• Experience in various types of projects: Greenfield, Brownfield, and M&A.
