We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP Activate and S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex SAP projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive solutions across cross-functional business areas.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP projects using the SAP Activate methodology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
• Drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals with business needs.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience with SAP Activate methodology. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP project management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving project goals. Native English speaker.
• Cross-functional business knowledge, with the ability to understand and address diverse business needs.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects in a US/Canada setting.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI, IPMA od PRINCE2 certification Experience managing projects in diverse industries.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
