This role will champion and drive Enterprise architecture practices and be accountable for architecting end-to-end solutions across all business channels. 

Technology landscape includes Restaurant technology (POS, digital menu, Order & Pay, QSR, IoT, Supply Chain, Robotics), Digital (CRM/Marketing, CDP, Loyalty, Web & mobile), HR/ Labor systems, Common integration services, Data & Analytics platform, AI/ML enablement, Emerging technology, Third party integrations, Cloud services, Security and Compliance and more.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish best practices and lead big picture architecture and strategies 
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise to architect end to end technology stack  
• Strong thought leader who will champion innovative applications and platforms
• Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges 
• Define enterprise architecture standards, artifacts and guidelines 
• Participate in internal and external forums to assess and propose brand differentiating capabilities  
• Develop architecture models (logical and physical) to enable technology and data platforms at scale 
• Operate in an agile mindset and adapt to a fast-changing environment  
• Lead Buy vs Build architecture assessment decisions 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Seven+ years enterprise architect experience 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience
• Understanding of event driven, reactive, and microservice architectures and best practices for delivering highly resilient solutions 

PREFERRED: 

• Previous experience in Retail or Restaurant industries 
• Strong industry track record driving architecture definition of enterprise-wide technology solutions 
• Experience presenting solutions to executive teams 
• TOGAF or Safe architect certification
• Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPPA, APPI, PCI along with general understanding of PII. 
• Azure or AWS cloud architect certification  
• Digital transformation experience 
• Well-rounded experience and knowledge building next generation ecosystems
